What to Expect

What to Expect During Your Visit

When you step into our welcoming clinic, our friendly front office team will extend a warm greeting. They'll be there to assist you with patient registration and insurance verification, ensuring that your journey towards improvement is smooth and without any unexpected surprises.

On your initial evaluation day, you'll meet with your therapist who will conduct a thorough examination. They'll take the time to understand your unique needs and concerns. Together, you'll work to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. During this first session, your therapist will also initiate treatment interventions to kickstart your path to success. We believe in clear communication, and we'll make every effort to explain the exercises and treatment methods we use and their significance in your recovery process.

Coordinating care with your Primary Care Physician (PCP) is an essential part of our approach. We value open lines of communication to ensure that you receive the best possible care. This collaborative effort guarantees that all aspects of your health and wellness are considered.

Towards the end of your session, we will schedule your future appointments and take the time to address any concerns or questions you may have. We're here to support you every step of the way, and your comfort and understanding are our top priorities.

While our enthusiasm may be toned down, our commitment to your well-being remains unwavering. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns during your time with us; we're here to assist and guide you on your path to success.
